Swing into Spring Power Workshop

This 4-week program covers the principles of mobility, stability, and strength for increased power and distance in the golf swing, just in time for the 2019 season!

Par72 Yoga uses the Katherine Roberts' Yoga for Golfers (YFG) methodology, specfically designed for golfers seeking to improve mobility flexibility, and enhance performance. This YFG clinic will help you build strength and endurance in the muscles of lower body, condition the core, improve trunk rotation, prevent injury - to play longer, play stronger, and play better.

Suitable for beginner to advanced golfers, and no yoga experience necessary! The workshop is held the following Saturdays at 10am, at Hylands Golf Club, all are welcome.  Contact us for more info.
