Bring Par72 Yoga to your club or event!
Clinics - which are typically 45-60 mintue sessions - are a great way to kick-off the golf season. When done in conjunction with your PGA professional staff, clinics are ideal - where the Pros take care of the biomechanics of the swing, and Par72 Yoga takes care of the biomechanics of the golfer through the swing.
Par72 Yoga hands-on workshops can either be stand-alone or be integrated into a existing golf or corporate function. Workshops are also a great way to keep your membership engaged and conditioned over the winter months and to prepare for the coming season. Summer workshops can be tailored to key aspects of the game, such as power, putting, balance, and rotation ie) shoulder- hip-dissociation.
Clinics

Is Par72 Yoga and Katherine Roberts’ Yoga for Golfers® (YFG) right for you or your membership? Why not try an Introductory Clinic? Clinics are ideally suited for smaller groups, both on and off the course. They begin with an initial assessment of the range of motion, followed by a series of yoga poses (or stretches) that can be done on the driving range, in the clubhouse or meeting room. Clinics introduce golfers to YFG methodology and the Dynamic Warm up. Having a professional development day or looking to provide something different for your business clients? A Par72 Yoga Clinic just might be the winning ticket!
Workshops

The workshops are designed to give you a basic understanding of the yoga postures most beneficial for golfers. This, along with tailored instruction to suit your needs and hands-on adjustments to ensure you maximizes the benefits of each of the poses. We use both dynamic (coordinating movement with the breath) and static (poses held for longer periods of time with long slow breaths). A regular yoga practice will increase functional flexibility and therefore naturally improve mobility.
