Swing into Spring Workshop

In partnership with SwingFit Golf Performace Academy, Par72 Yoga is excited to offer a 4-week virtual workshop to help you build strength and endurance in the muscles of lower body, condition the core, improve trunk rotation, prevent injury - to play longer, play stronger, and play better.

The workshop includes an initial swing analysis by a CPGA recognized Golf Professional, weekly YFG® sessions, and concludes with a final swing evaluation to demonstrate to the golfer the relative improvements made over the course of the workshop. We focus on execrises tailored to the muscles used in the golf swing to increase flexibility, mobility, stability in the hips and thoracic spine, build core and lower body strength for increased power and distance in the golf swing.

Specfically designed for golfers by golfers, this workshop is suitable for beginner to advanced golfers, and no yoga experience necessary! Contact us for more info.
